We’re excited to present a hands-on workshop at the ICEA Region V Conference, where we’ll explore the application of sensory-friendly environments in Worship and Christian Education settings.
Join Feed the Need Sensory Zone as we dive into practical strategies for creating inclusive, welcoming spaces that support individuals with sensory sensitivities. Through interactive demonstrations, attendees will gain tools to enhance accessibility in church services, Sunday school, and faith-based events, ensuring that all can participate comfortably and meaningfully.

Girls on the Run 5k
Join Feed the Need Sensory Zone at the Girls on the Run 5K on May 3rd, 2025, where we’re creating a calming, sensory-friendly space for runners, families, and supporters who need a break from the excitement! Our Sensory Zone will offer a quiet retreat with fidgets, weighted lap pads, noise-reducing headphones, and other sensory tools to help participants self-regulate and recharge.

Blessing of the Bikes
Join Feed the Need Sensory Zone at Agape Apostolic Church’s Blessing of the Bikes as we provide a calming, sensory-friendly space for riders, families, and attendees who may need a break from the excitement. Our Sensory Zone will be equipped with fidgets, weighted lap pads, noise-reducing headphones, and other sensory tools to ensure a comfortable and inclusive experience for all.
This event is a beautiful opportunity for the community to come together, receive a blessing for a safe riding season, and enjoy fellowship in an environment that welcomes everyone—including those with sensory sensitivities.

Join us for an exciting Meet the Author event featuring Cirea Strode at the Alfreda Schmidt Southside Community Center in Lansing, MI, on Tuesday, March 18th, from 6 PM to 8 PM.
Celebrate March is Reading Month with fun family activities and a special book giveaway—Cirea Strode will be giving away 100 free copies of her book, Willow B: Big Feelings, Big Wins!

We are pleased to announce our first sensory friendly Mother and Daughter Pamper party held at the Work & Play cafe. Mothers grab your girls and come get your hair and nails done while enjoying food and fun. There will also be a photobooth where you can capture all the memories of this day.
