What You’ll Find Inside

Our Sensory Zone Trailer is thoughtfully designed to support comfort, regulation, and meaningful participation at community events.

The trailer comfortably accommodates approximately 3-4 adults or 4-6 children at a time.

For larger events, we can expand support by incorporating an additional pop-up sensory space alongside the trailer to increase accessibility and flow.

This is not a space of separation. It is a space of support within the event itself.

Pricing and Booking Options

We strive to keep the Sensory Zone Trailer financially accessible while sustaining our nonprofit mission. Our pricing reflects both community accessibility and the operational costs required to provide a safe, well-supported experience at every event.

Family and Private Events
$300 for up to 2 hours
Includes up to 2 staff members
$75 per additional 30 minutes

Nonprofit and Faith-Based Organizations
$500 for up to 2 hours
Includes up to 2 staff members
$100 per additional 30 minutes

Community Events and Large-Scale Organizations
$800 for up to 2 hours
Includes expanded staffing based on event size
$125 per additional 30 minutes

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to the event will not incur additional charges beyond the deposit.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may be subject to additional fees.

Returning Partner Appreciation

We value long-term community relationships.

Returning organizations and partners may qualify for preferred pricing or priority scheduling.

Travel

Travel within 25 miles of Ypsilanti, Michigan (48198) is included.

For events beyond 25 miles, a travel fee of $2.00 per mile (round trip) will apply.

Deposit

A 25 percent nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event.

Annual Pricing Review

To sustain and expand our nonprofit mission, pricing is reviewed annually and may be adjusted as operational costs evolve.

  • Each booking includes a fully immersive sensory-friendly trailer experience, setup and breakdown time, sensory materials and equipment, and on-site trained staff. Travel within 25 miles of Ypsilanti, Michigan is included. Additional mileage is billed separately.

  • Yes. We offer nonprofit and faith-based organization pricing. Returning partners may qualify for preferred pricing or priority scheduling.

  • We primarily serve communities throughout Michigan. Travel within 25 miles of Ypsilanti is included in the base rate. Events beyond that rate are subject to a mileage fee.

    We are also available for select events in surrounding states such as Ohio, Indiana, and Illinois. Out-of-state bookings are considered based on event type, availability, and logistical planning. Additional travel and staffing fees will apply to ensure appropriate accommodations and support for our team.

  • Yes. All bookings include trained staff. Staffing levels are adjusted based on event size and anticipated attendance.
